At APEC Water, we stand behind the quality of our filtration systems and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with your home water quality. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Pack Your System

  Securely pack the unused filtration system or components in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, fittings, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to the designated APEC Water return center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items to verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
